How to submit a heritage event
If you have a heritage event that you would like to submit for your group, please contact us at: ottawagraphy@choocopo.ca.
If your group is a member of CHOO/COPO, you already have a user account set up which allows you to manage your own events listings. Please refer to the email that was sent to you for your log in details, or contact ottawagraphy@choocopo.ca to have your password reset.
It is free to list your events in Heritage Happenings online, however there are several guidelines that must be followed to ensure that your events will be published:
Please keep in mind that your submission may be edited for length if necessary. Make sure to include event details such as address, phone number, email address, or website in your listings or your items will not be published. Please submit images to enhance your event listings whenever possible. All events listings must be received at least one week in advance to be published.
Please note: CHOO/COPO does not have the resources to provide translation services. Please submit your events in both English and French whenever possible.
