Beechwood Cemetery Foundation

Established in the year 2000, governed by an active and distinguished volunteer Board of Directors, and supported by a committed and enthusiastic group of Friends of The Beechwood Cemetery Foundation, The Beechwood Cemetery Foundation is a registered Canadian charity that owns and operates Beechwood Cemetery – the National Cemetery of Canada.

On behalf of Canadians in the National Capital Region and across the nation, The Beechwood Cemetery Foundation is dedicated to the vigorous promotion of educational, historical and religious activities at Beechwood. It also provides for the care and management of Beechwood's unrivaled amenities and facilities as one of Canada's most prized National Historic Sites; and attentively develops and maintains the National Military Cemetery and the RCMP National Memorial Cemetery.
