The Gifts of the North

Artist and Sculptor Janet Hannan has lived over half of her life in Northwestern Ontario. This exhibit of 18 figures is her "Gifts of the North." Each figure teaches, interprets, and describes a fact of the best of living and loving a life lived in Northwestern Ontario. Each figure is made with love and precision, beading, stitching, a mix of medias and inspiration of colours and materials that interpret a passion for life in the north and a love for the heritage in the north.
