Archaeological Dig

Come and enjoy a memorable experience in archaeology at the Parc National de Plaisance. The event will run from Wednesday, May 23rd to Sunday, June 10th, 9am to 4pm.

Participants can join the archaeologists as they dig, screen soil, or clean artifacts at a real archaeological site. The participants are protected from the weather by shelters and the many amenities of the park are available to them.

For whom: Adults and children 12 years and over, accompanied by an adult

Cost: Free (charges for authorizing access to the park are applicable. $6/adult and $2.75/ child)

Overnight accommodation on site for those who want to take part for several days. Just ask when you reserve.

Participants are responsible for their own food, water, appropriate clothing, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
